Energex offers professional expediting services which would facilitate the successful completion of the project with the strict deadlines and schedules. Our Expeditors are highly skilled and are able to work with the manufacturer to identify delays and figure out the potential problems with a view to initiating remedial action to get production activities back on schedule.

Our team is capable of analyzing the scenarios and updating on the current status of the project and can assist in identifying any bottlenecks well in advance to take corrective actions. We conduct physical verification of the vendor’s progress against the base line schedule at pre-determined intervals / identified milestones and supports in achieving settled deadlines.
